The food was tasty and flavourful! Good portions. The owners were very friendly. Definitely one hidden gem! Will visit again.

I have recently tried their chicken curry and parotta, I am amazed how identical the taste is to the actual curries I had in Malaysia, I was able to relive those days. The chef is awesome, he was honest when he suggested the portions that was good for me and he was spot on. The taste of the chicken curry with the crispy parotta dipped in it is just heavenly and one of the best combination there is.

Small restaurant but excellent food. Went there late night on NYE. Was a little sceptical but the sweet lady at the restaurant made us feel warm and at home. We ordered Johnny wrap..mutton curry with parotha..chicken murtabak.. chicken kothu..chilli chicken kothu and mutton roll. Everything was delicious especially the mutton curry. A must visit in Scarborough.

Love this place. Fantastic, fresh food at probably the most reasonable price. Please don’t expect chicken to be cooked to perfection at 165 degrees, it’s a cheap, fast eatery so evaluate it at that standard. What’s important is that the two key people the older gentleman and the asian lady are very friendly and hard working and put passion into the food. I can’t recommend this place enough.

A True Hidden Gem I've been dining here for over a decade, and it's always a comforting experience. The owners—Bhai and his wife, Akka—are among the kindest people I've ever met. While the food can vary from day to day, the exceptional customer service truly sets this place apart. This warm and welcoming elderly couple has been running the restaurant for over 20 years, always going above and beyond to make every visit special.

I live in downtown Toronto, and don’t know this area at all. We came across this place because we happened to be in the area for an event. It was late at night, we were almost an hour away from home and we just needed something to eat asap. I didn’t know what to expect, but when we arrived at this restaurant we were given a big friendly welcome. The owner is incredibly personable. She’s a quick witted woman with lots of charm. She chatted with us and immediately made us feel at home with her courtesy and her sweet motherly demeanour. She took the time to suggest a number of dishes for us. We went with her suggestions and we were not disappointed. When she claimed to make the best rotis, I was like “ya right.” I have to admit, after the first bite of that roti I developed a love-hate relationship, because I knew I’d have to drive almost an hour just to taste this damn roti again... and, I did. It’s worth it... but I stock up on them now.

Been coming here since I was a teenager over 16 years , place hasn't changed one bit feels nostalgic...price is awesome portion size awesome. Always greeted by bhai and his wife very friendly couple and awesome . Brought a friend here today who has never tried before and loved it .

Would return and would recommend their curry, want to return and try their fried rice and chilli chicken. We had the Curry Mutton and Chicken Kothu Roti Service was excellent! The chef in the back was impressive! The Curry was legit (not from a can or form powder curry). The flavours were intense, the mutton flavour was strong! It was a bit too much for my GF but she recognized and appreciated the authenticity of intense flavour curry. The Chicken Kothu Roti had good “wok hay”, eventhing nicely browned and coated with stir-fry flavour. Price was extremely reasonable. 15pp before tip (2 dishes and 2 orders of roti)
